In a word .... BLISS
Our 48 hours up today so we headed off the loads and back onto the Cam heading towards Cambridge. Not without regret. We've seen stoat, monkjack and stunning birds of prey. Managed to dodge the showers We've been down since last Friday and seen Four other boats on the move. Did I say bliss?,Springwatch were here a couple of years ago ... That would have dealt a blow to peace and tranquility. Did you see the tented village they take with them? I was awake at 0500 this morning and was tempted to go for a wander but then it started to rain and rolling over suddenly seemed like the better option!
