Braving the hill
As forecast, we had more snow last week. Pretty much stocked up so we didn't need to go down, the long steep hill that prett much in shadow all day. But...the sun came out on day 2 and the thought of another Sunday without an O'Doherty chicken got us into the car and on the way to Enniskillen. As before. The snow only ran for a few hundred yards. But on the steepest bit of the hill.
An artic was abandoned at the junction of our track and the road and a milk lorry plus trailer were pulled over. It didn't look promising. Walking past the milk wagon we found the local farmers with their tractors gritting the road and with only 5 minutes delay we were off. Fantastic. en y va!!

Thanks to whoever arranged the weather
Despite a gloomy forecast and no better next week we decided to take a trip to the North coast. So glad we did. Great weather. Fantastic scenery and the best dog friendly hotel. We always call trips to the coast LJ's holiday and this one was pretty special.
